Dribs Golems
After an hour of being rocked in the 6-seater magic carriage driven by Alizée, we arrived at the forest where Dribs Golems were said to frequently appear.
Indeed, the proximity of the forest to the road could be dangerous.
With trees on the opposite side as well, there was no escape, so we need a prompt solution.

Immediately, Tomoa cast lightning magic towards the Dribs Golem in front.
As a result, the electrified Dribs Golem explosively burst into flames on the spot!

I asked Talato to pull me up to the trees, and from there, I aimed and shot at the Dribs Golems.
As per the pre-existing information, the Dribs Golems hit by ice attribute magic gradually froze, slowing their movements and making them vulnerable to physical attacks.
However, unlike lightning attribute magic, which required multiple hits, ice attribute magic demanded either continuous hits or a powerful spell to freeze them instantly.
I was still firing a barrage of basic ice attribute spells.
Nevertheless, the number of Dribs Golems didn’t seem to decrease; in fact, it felt like they were increasing.
Keuko also had Tomoa unleas lightning magic to defeat distant Golems, but it still wasn’t reducing their numbers significantly.
It took us three hours to finally defeat all the Golems.

“Any injuries?”
“Thanks to you, not much. The piercing sword was effective against the frozen parts.”
“I see. Well then, let’s gather the magic stones and withdraw. It would be impossible to fight again, right?”
“That would be a bit challenging. With an attack on the same scale, it would be hard to maintain concentration any longer.”
Splitting into teams of five people and one spider, we collected the magic stones from the defeated Dribs Golems.
Some still had their cores intact, so we gathered those as well.
In total, we collected 673 magic stones—a good survival rate.
Considering the extraordinary situation, we hurriedly returned to Alizée to seek her decision.
She didn’t anticipate it going this far and immediately suggested heading to the Adventurers’ Guild.
