Driving School
The day after purchasing the Lumite Grand Wing, I started attending the driver's license training school.
It seems the average age of the people taking the lessons is quite high.
In my past life, many people got their driver's licenses soon after they officially could, but in this world, magic vehicles were luxury items, and those who need a driver's license were generally high-income individuals.
Therefore, there was a significant presence of older participants.

I'll be using an actual three-section connected vehicle, just like the Lumite Grand Wing. However, the difference was that the second section of this vehicle didn’t have its own power.
In other words, when attempting to turn at a corner, the second section might end up facing in the wrong direction.
The corner must be navigated in one go.
It's challenging.
"Now, let's start today's lesson. Please turn at that corner over there."
"Yes."
The corner seemed like an ordinary one at first glance.
However, for large vehicles, considering the inner wheel difference is essential.
When I tried to navigate while taking that into account... is this good enough?
"... No, that won't do. You rode up onto the curb."
"Even like this...?"
"When turning, do not sharply turn the steering wheel; turn with a gentle angle. Also, it's not good to return the steering wheel midway. You are fine this time, but you could involve pedestrians or oncoming vehicles next time."
"Okay. Let me try it again."
I tried several times afterward, but it didn't go well.
Hmm, it's challenging to turn even though that's all I need to do.
If that's the case, I have to try my last resort!
Before turning, I released magic power to grasp the surrounding terrain.
If I do this, I should be able to turn successfully!
"Miss Lily, you just performed magic power detection, didn't you?"
"Yes! With this, I can grasp the surrounding terrain and people..."

The method I thought of was no good.
That day, after spending the whole day, I somehow managed to navigate the corners, but I was really exhausted.
Getting a driver's license might be really tough.
