The morning after discovering I was some mysterious "dark man", we'd come to gather medicinal herbs for money.
Milfie was an A-Rank adventurer.
I, meanwhile, was still F-Rank.
So we'd taken on some simple jobs.
Here too, my Otherworld Guide Map proved useful, helping us locate rare, valuable herbs.
The cliff was terrifyingly high, but Milfie climbed and gathered herbs as casually as if she were walking on flat ground. Did she not feel any fear? A fall would mean certain death.
Still, I hated feeling like dead weight. Even if the map helped find things, I wanted to contribute too.

And surprisingly, I was fine.
This body really was light and well-trained.
Before I knew it, my fear was gone, and I was gathering herbs while admiring the view.
"Beautiful, isn't it?"

(My gaze may have been fixed on Milfie's "assets", but she didn't seem to notice.)

After packing the herbs into my [Travel Bag], I remembered the [Area Pins] I'd completely forgotten about. With the cooldown over, pressing it would likely teleport us to the capital entrance.
Holding hands to return together would be perfect.
Just then, another trumpet fanfare sounded.

After warning her, I tried placing a Free Pin on our current location like I tried with the Area Pins before.
Turns out you can't place them near cities, but otherwise...
You can put them anywhere on the normal map.
When I tried to confirm, a prompt appeared: [Is this location okay? Yes/No]
No way to know without trying. I selected [Yes], and the pin stuck to the map.
Next, testing the Area Pins.
After explaining, I held Milfie's hand.
Then clicked [Ostria Royal Capital].

Karin, the receptionist (and her impressive assets), was practically vibrating in shock.
We’d skipped travel time and gathered top-tier herbs.
By the way, still no word from HQ about my identity.
"Got lucky. Plus, I’ve got strong legs."
I played it cool while selling. Milfie, for some reason, looked smug—until I scratched behind her ears and she let out a "meowrrr///" before angrily swatting me.
"Quest complete! I’ll update your adventurer tag. You’ve gathered way beyond the quota—want to sell the extras?"
"Please. Milfie, good with you?"
"Of course!"
As the reviews suggested, these herbs were insanely valuable.
Normally worth 10 copper coins each, we got 1 gold coin total—enough to cover a month’s stay at our inn.
And we still had more herbs left for next time.
Leaving the guild, our wallets were overflowing.
We could afford to splurge on a fancy dinner tonight.
But I still had unfinished business.
"Milfie, mind sticking with me a bit longer? Even if this works, we’ll have to walk back from the hunting grounds..."

Can pin anywhere with reviews.
Likely more unlocks as I level.
By the way, Free Pins have swappable placement unlike Area Pins.
For now, it’s best used on hunting grounds.
The next day, we farmed more herbs.
Soon, I skipped from F-Rank to D-Rank—unlocking monster-hunting quests.
Money wouldn’t be an issue for a while.
Our Travel Bag’s capacity kept increasing.
We found amazing restaurants.
But still no guild updates about my past... or catfolk.
No rush, though.
We were fine.
