Building a Public Bathhouse
After accepting the village chief’s request, the first thing I did was draw up blueprints.
Using my [Craft] skill, I solidified the image in my mind.

I showed it to Shiraishi-san.

Shiraishi-san smiled happily.
"Alright then, let’s get started on construction right away!"

First, we’d need materials and manpower.
According to the village chief, the villagers were willing to help.
I called out to everyone in the village. Soon enough, they all gathered.
"Village chief! You called for us?"
"Indeed… I’ll now explain the building we’re about to construct. Listen carefully, everyone."
"Yes!."
The villagers listened intently with serious expressions.
"So, what exactly are we building?"
"That would be… a bathhouse."
"A bathhouse? What’s that?"
The villagers tilted their heads in confusion.
"Think of a bathhouse as a big tub where hot water comes out."
[Oooh.]The villagers let out sounds of interest.
"By having a bathhouse, people can live more cleanly."
"That makes sense. Lately it’s been hot and we’ve been sweating a lot. Being able to wash off the dirt in warm spring water would be nice."
"Exactly… and that’s why this facility is so important."
"Got it! Is there something we can do to help?"
"For now, start by gathering lumber."
"Yes!"
And so, with everyone’s cooperation, preparations for building the village bathhouse began.
